Returns must be made within 30 days of invoice. Shipping fees are not refundable. All returns must be in like-new condition. Items returned without their original packaging or not in original condition are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Defective products or products sent in error will be exchanged or refunded in full.
How to return an item:
1. Return the product in its original packaging.
2. Package the return items properly. When shipping merchandise back to us, be sure to wrap the parts, place in a sturdy box and secure with tape. Do not leave item(s) loose in the package. Products that are scratched or damaged due to inadquate packaging will not be accepted.
3. Include a copy of your invoice.
4. All returns must be pre-paid. No collect shipments will be accepted. To ensure a timely return, do not require a signature for delivery.
